Dear Michael,

Here is the estimate for the loss of rental income.  I am faxing this as I don't want to send it to Arizona.  Hope you had a good Halloween - and that you are home for Thanksgiving!

Three downstairs rooms @ $350.00 a month from February - November

One upstairs room @ $400.00 a month from February - November

One storage unit (barn) @ $100.00 a month from February - November.

That comes to $15,500.00

I will be down in Los Angeles to the doctor tomorrow and back in Santa Barbara after that.
