Dear Mr. Buynak,

Attached you will find a supplemental criminal complaint with charges enumerated. It will be sent via expedited delivery to the named federal and state agencies with powers of prosecution for criminal complaints. A copy is also going to Glenn Hightower, as a former partner of GHS. All forms have been prepared, with cover letters and contact has been made with each named agency. The supplemental criminal complaint you are receiving is substantially the same in each case.

I am writing to ask if there is any reason, of which you are aware, I should further delay filing these complaints with the agencies and individual named therein. I have examined the evidence in detail and can find none myself.

If such reasons occur to you or to any other individuals named with whom you might share these documents, please let me know.

Otherwise I will be filing these criminal complaints Friday, August 21, 2009.
