hereto and marked as Exhibit 11, a true and exact copy of the
original in my possession of the “Morgan Pillsbury – Franklin
Transcript” a true and exact copy of the original that is in my
possession, which I obtained from Morgan Pillsbury in late 1999. The
document is transcribed from a tape made by Morgan Pillsbury during a
conversation she had with Craig Franklin in October 1999 while he was
attending a conference in Atlanta Georgia and she was at her
apartment in Jersey City, New Jersey.
