Exhibit 1 - Loan Document: Morgan - Payments - Loan - Bankruptcy
It started in late 1997 with Morgan's agreement to accept money, variously characterized as 'gifts,' and/or 'loans,' by she and Craig Franklin, her adopted father who was providing the money in return for her assistance in a campaign to divorce Morgan's mother, Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, and leave her homeless and destitute.
Over the next year Morgan would receive over $70,000 in 'gifts,' and/or 'loans,' from Franklin. In return she provided invaluable services.
Then, on January 19, 1999 this changed in the office of Jacqueline Misho, the attorney Morgan had found to represent Franklin in his divorce.
